(This is a non serious role playing-account. No Prussians were harmed during its creation.)
Basically modern day Bavaria (appearance based on his cameo in the war of Austrian Succession summary).
A friendly, homely guy - as long as he's not angered. Has a general dislike of most Prussias (female & child-versions are exceptions).
